HELP AT WORK: can company make you smoke really far away so its not even worth it thanks

like is it illegal to place it so far that you cant even get there without walking forever or getting wet if its raining its been so cold lately too. i even understand why you cant smoke inside anymore cause of chemicals i get it but saying you cant smoke so far away you might as well not even smoke at all just wonderin if this is illegal or can you sue them to bring it closer thanks

im sayin theres a gazebo like 250 feet away from rear exit in warehouse so if you get a 5 min break its not even possible to walk out there and smoke but thats the only place you can smoke thanks
