It takes energy to make energy.
Take a brisk walk, to 50 jumping jacks when no one is looking, eat a banana at about 3pm and drink plenty of water.

Very Very Very simple and easy.

Replace carbonated red bull with noncarbonated Monster Rehab or noncarbonated Rockstar Recovery.

Make sure you're getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night.

Fap daily.

First off, you're going to have to wean off of the caffeine and there's going to be a break in period. I cut down to 1 cup/day and try to stick to it (I love coffee tho and it's freely available at the office so it's surprisingly difficult for me).

Next big thing for me is eating a small lunch. If I'm a little hungry I stay way more alert.

Third is getting 7+ hours of sleep per night. And trying to keep a decent sleep schedule.

Work on your diet and make sure you have low glycemic carbs so you won't spike in glucose and crash. Watch your calories throughout the day and don't have BIG meals, just smaller more frequent. Drink at least 80-100 oz water a day. Cut your caffeine (you are probably addicted and dependant). Walk around during the day and get some sunlight. If you are able, try to get a workout in the morning. Try to get 6-8 hours of sleep.

Serious answers:

-Get more sleep (lots of ways to do this)
-Exercise (wears you out and sleep better)
-Drink LOTS of water. Triple your water intake.
-Eat fruits, vegetables, and good carbs
-Supplement with full spectrum B-vitamin

Also:
-Stop drinking Red Bull
-Stop drinking caffeine after lunch if you can, helps you sleep. Its cyclical. Might keep you up that day, but will keep you up that night and will make you more tired the next day.

If you want to sleep better, try not watching TV in bed, read before bed, melatonin to get tired, etc.
