I just talked to my brother. He entered his DD info the day the site was up and running. IRS website was updated last night and showing deposit date of 4/30.

Same...I was getting the standard error message everyone else was getting. I have no way to even see if they have the correct payment information on file.
Now when I enter my info they say it doesn't match anything in their system. Tried entering my husband's information and get same message.
So I guess I'm getting a paper check sometime in August.
ETA: We owed a little in 2018 and haven't filed 2019 yet.

I'm now locked out of it for a day for trying too many times.
I read about putting in my address differently. Put it in the exact way the post office does?
I tried that and it still says my information doesn't match what they have on file.
So I don't know what the frick is going on.

IT challenged here, have paid no taxes last 3 yrs as am retired, only income SS benefits. Reading that my SS deposit account will serve as to where it gets deposited but am not able to find a date for same??

That's strange. I owed this year, but they had my DD info from the past several and I got mine deposited in the first go round. Probably because I'm poor, but still.
