Yes, at the Gris mill in greune, tx. Prolly in his 50s, singing "cheesburger in paradise" while shite faced on ice cold budwieser. His family had to walk him outta there.

last time i saw that the mentally challenged guy was walking around the bar with his pants dropped down around his ankles - and didn't know his pants had fallen down - walking around happy as a jay bird with ankle cuffs on
