No, but I've seen plenty of blind people at the bar in Ruston (there's a blind school there). I'm not proud of it, but I had to yell at a blind guy once because he kept pushing me into the bar to get another round.

A pledge brother of mine was walking across the street and was hit in a hit and run when we were in school about 15 years ago. He's been in a wheel chair since then and is still pretty messed up. When I see him and his mom at games, I can tell he recognizes me but he can't communicate very well. That mother fricker will suck the bottom out of a vodka and soda.

One of my friends has twin brothers and they were born with FAS and get drunk
Also seen a guy who has to use a walker and slurred speech at a pool I used to frequent that loved some burnetts flavored vodka

I used to frequent a drinking establishment where a mentally challenged couple would have a few drinks. One night the lady got wasted. She got naked, spread out on the pool table, and told her boyfriend to go down on her. He did with a big grin on his face. She was disgusting looking. It was like a bad wreck. You wanted to look the other way but looked any way.

My buddy's cousin with Down's came to his bachelor party and wanted nothing more than to get hammered and "have big 'ol floppy titties in (his) face."

We have close family friends who have a mentally challenged son, and they do the same with him.
He's pretty high-functioning, though, so it's not incredibly surprising. He never has more than 1-2.
