I had some GREAT experiences with a girlfriend on ambien. I talked to her abt it once and she didn't remember anything and then quit taking it when I stayed over.

Had a buddy go to best buy and buy a 55" led and have no recollection of it. Woke up the next morning and had a new tv set up in his living room and asked his girlfriend if she went and bought a tv last night.

Actually I remember starting it but it's very foggy. I passed back out shortly after and dreamed I was walking around my room over and over in a circle around my bed. Think I am going to try something else.

My wife took Ambien once. Saw spiders all over the room and her. It was hard to get her to settle down.

Funny stories, everyone, really. But, in all seriousness, don't take that shite.
Ambien just knocks you out (for those that actually sleep on it). Your sleep has none of the architecture that genuine, recuperative sleep has when you take Ambien - so, as far as your body/brain are concerned, you didn't really sleep.
As far as "drug" sleep aids go, weed actually has the best profile when maintaining sleep architecture, better than alcohol or prescription drugs. But, you should really not take anything if you can manage.

Used to take ambien. I had been drinking one night before I took it. As I was dozing off I thought there was a third person in the room with my girlfriend and myself. All I really remember is her laughing at me then I was out.

There was this douchebag pharma rep on my old Iowa board that would post links to anti-Ambien sites and stories about the horrors of Ambien.
It came to light that he sold Lunesta, or something of the sort.
It led us to a Prozac discussion once, some crazy stories out there about that shite. Homicidal shite.
