A homeless woman who police say slashed two men with a bottle outside of a Lower Garden District bar after they refused her offer of sex for money has been arrested. The attack happened outside the Half Moon Bar & Grill.

Tiffany Allen, 38, who also goes by the name Tiffany Salanga, was booked Sunday (May 11) on a charge of aggravated battery in the Feb. 28 incident.

She and someone named "Smoke" asked the men to play pool, then offered them sex for cash, which they told police they declined. Later, the two men said they realized they had been robbed of a backpack, so they confronted Allen and "Smoke" outside of the bar, a police report says. There was a scuffle over a gun, which was discharged.

Allen, police said, reached into a garbage can and grabbed a glass bottle she used to cut the men, the report says.
