No matter what, the guy is at least a huge idiot. I don't see how this can be spun for the guy not to look awfully stupid at best.
It's just my gut instinct and not based on anything, but I tend to think that the warning shot thing is just a lie. He knows that he fricked up, and he needs to come up with anything to make it seem like at least it isn't just straight murder. That is the best that he can come up with.

Not really. Once I move on from this thread tonight, it won't cross my mind again. Nor do I know enough about the shooter or the victim to determine that.

Street Racing? Really? I'll believe that when I see it, my dad used to yell at cars going 5 miles per hour over the speed limit and bitch it was because of Fast and Furious.

was he racing? Did he shout profanities? what exacly did he yell. But since you have jumped to conclusions about the dead man, let me jump too. It's blatant racism. Really I'm not one to cry racism over nothing. I think that culture of excuses is just as bull shite as the next guy. That guy is pretty plainly saying that he thinks ****s' lives are worth less than white people's lives. that has nothing to do with this thread. He was not on his property. Likely not even in the street right in front, because the homeowner said he did not know the address.

I do not know what happened! I know enough from reading reports on stuff that I do know what happened that the media rarely gets the true story out.
But just judging by what I read, the guy arrested for murder screwed up. It SOUNDS like he shot someone outside his house from within his house. And it sounds like they weren't doing anything other than walking back to their car.

The facts as we know them are the dead guy and his buddies(likely all on their way back to college), were brandishing a firearm and shouting profanities. At 1 am. When confronted by a resident, they refused to leave.

There isn't enough info in the article, I read the whole thing, for anyone to be making a realistic argument either way. All I can say is this - looking at the shooters photo one thing comes to mind. M-O-R-O-N.
