Recon didn't find anything today and the main slug will probably move inland before 99L could try to rally. The models, however, are undeterred and have shifted focus to TD11

That is a surface low under an ULL, not tropical.

Huge amount of spread in the guidance with a good bit of the ensembles showing a US landfall as a possibility but not a Gulf threat.
