This "fat is fine" attitude has got to stop. Being fat is clincially proven to be unhealthy.
I really miss the 80s, when dozens of celebs had fitness videos and being in some semblance of proportional shape was the goal of the vast majority of women.
Now, only a small percentage seem to give a crap, and way too many not only flaunt their flab but are cheered on by politically correct idiots who would rather the person they are cheering on die of diabetes, congestive heart failure or stroke than put the twinkies down and do some fricking exercise.

We went to Disney a few weeks ago for a few days. The amount of women dressed in semi revealing leisure clothes was absurd. and 99% are not who you want to be doing that. Pregnant women in spandex shorts jumpsuits. And it's noticeable that they have lowered the appearance standards for employees. Saw more Trans people in 4 days then I've seen in a year.

Not every gal is going to be a Size 3, but being as large as she is at such a young age means her health is likely to get worse faster. Instead of doing something about it, she's proponing ignoring it, thinking she can just "happy" her way out of diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
