So many people coming in to defend him as a nice guy when I didn't say anything negative about him at all - just stated that he's putting the same picture of himself ALL OVER TOWN, it's a bit much.

If I ever become a lawyer I want to be the biggest shyster billboard and bus bench lawyer ever. Shitty TV ads like AutoYes and all.

How can you say he is a "nice guy" when he is screwing you every day? He, and his ilk, are the sole reason we have the highest insurance rates in the nation. It's like my buddy who was the night guard for Saddam Hussein and watched soccer with him every night. He was saying what a cool dude he was and I was like "he's a fricking mass murderer you idiot."
I don't give a shite how cool or nice this guy may be to your face, he is a scumbag injury lawyer that takes money out of my pocket every day. FYI, two of my company vehicles involved in two separate low speed bump accidents. Total of property damage is $200 in one case (paint scratch buffed out of bumper) and $1000 (slight dent in side of fender) in the other. Total of "injury" lawsuits? Exceeding $100k as soon as they figured out they were company owned vehicles. He represents one of the lying bitches suing me.

I drove from Dallas to New Orleans and back for the game this weekend.
I spotted his billboards on
1) I-20 West of Shreveport
2) Several on I-49
3) On I-10 between BR and NOLA
4) On I-110 in Baton Rouge

Injury lawyers are not the reason insurance rates in Louisiana are high. Bad roads and bridges, bad and poorly educated drivers drive like idiots and drink or text while driving, and a rotten insurance commissioner that is in bed with the insurance companies have a lot more to do with it.
There are injury lawyers with billboards in every state. But nationwide, suit filings are down, the percentage of plaintiff verdicts are down, and jury awards are down.
Sorry your company is getting sued. Maybe your employees shouldn't cause accidents. But the amount of impact is not usually determinative of injuries. Every auto accident is different. Some major impacts, even rollovers, do not result in injury. Some minor impacts do. Ask an orthopedist or chiropractor, and they will confirm this. It all depends on physics and chance.
It's like buying eggs at the supermarket. You have to open up the carton to check every egg, because even a carton that appears to be intact can hold a cracked egg if it is bumped the wrong way.
