Cop stalks stripper and pulls her over. He had previously run all of the other dancers plates. Was parked in a secluded area that she passed hoping to pull her over. Runs her plate before getting out of his car, but then saying on the stand that he had no idea it was her or that she had a suspended license. This was all after he had pulled her over previously and let her go despite having drug paraphernalia in her car and driving on a suspended license....because she gave him her phone number. This time, he pulled her over and she had no license and he rubs against her and is all "What are we gonna do about this..??", unzips his pants, whips out his dick, and makes her give him an HJ while he fingered her and grabbed her boobs. Called her after the incident, claimed to be the name of another officer that had died months earlier, talked for 19 minutes, and claimed later that it was a "public safety" call to make surte she got home safely. Magically, his GPS was disconnected without authorization during all of this, and his own department even settled with the girl for $400K to prevent a civil suit.

And he fricking walked.

In his closing argument, Stokke pounced. He called Lucy one of those "girls who have learned the art of the tease, getting what they want . . . they've learned to separate men from their money."
