Marriage counselor

Real estate agent
Financial adviser
Divorce attorney

Any other ones that will soon be popping off the chart in terms of job stability?

I can't find a commercial construction superintendent worth a shite to pay 100k a year with a very nice benefit package. Superintendents are a dying breed. A guy in his late 30s/ early 40s with ten years of experience, technical skills that understands a computer is his friend and won't eat his young, and can communicate effectively can make as much money as he wants right now.

Accounting

Kids in the last 20 years have given up on the profession and the shortage of qualified accountants today is staggering.

LSU, LaTech, ULM accounting majors haul it out of state the day they graduate and it has left a major void.

There is just too much work going on right now. If you can run a job right and on time, you're already employed. Give one of your assistant supers the hot seat and watch him closely.

There are 76.4 million baby boomers all needing medical care.

Can't go wrong in the medical field.

Baby boomers should be left in the sun to rot.

They don't need medical care.
