Taking my family to the beach in August. Looking for recommendations for a good place on the gulf coast somewhere that has good splash pools, toddler activities, etc. Waterscape in ft Walton has been recommended to me already, seeing if anyone has anything better. Coming from New Orleans willing to go as far as destin.

Margaritaville just opened in Biloxi. Splash pad, lazy river, water slides, indoor arcade, roller coaster, Rock climbing. However, no beach. You could go to ship island via ferry for clear water and beach though.

Or

Caribe in orange beach. My kids LOVE this place.

Waterscape is far and away the best place if you're vacationing with toddlers.

I'd be surprised if there was a better place, but if so, i'd like to know where it is.

Have been to Caribe several times on guys trips for mullet toss and bachelor parties, never really thought of it as being a kids place though.
