I actually don't believe it's THAT unhealthy though.
I doubt you'll lose 10 pounds unless you have a lot to lose and you eat very poorly normally.
I think doing a diet like that for a week is a good kick start to eating well all the time. You'll go back to eating more normally but you won't be used to eating all the bad foods anymore. You won't crave them as much.
