Was it Adams Toyota used cars where the guy would smash windows with a golf club to say, "And you can take $500 more off this car!"?

What was the place on the corner of College and I-10, where the Chilis is now? Not had an actual Volkswagen on a big post on the corner.

Was it Prevost? Or am I remembering the wrong thing?

They also sold Fiat there. Back in the day, there were only two cars still sold as convertibles, the VW Rabbit and the Fiat Spyder. This place had both, IIRC.

Y'all remwmber that one commercial (I think it was a honda dealership) but they dressed up in army uniforms to "declare war on high prices" and then that one guy just murdered the shite out of a homeless guy? Pretty sure he went to jail for awhile, but that was crazy.

I think Coleman had a Toyota and Olds dealer there. We had a lemon of a Camry once and the Goodrich people at Coleman were more competent than the normal Toyota dealers because of the Oldsmobile franchise.

There's still a Toyota dealer there now.
