Golf board: what do you have in the bag between 3 iron and 3 wood?

First off, thanks for the shoe recs yesterday, think ill be going with the FJ DNAs. I'm getting back into golf after many years off and probably can't hit my 2 iron like used to, and I think there are some pretty large technological advances that have happened in my time off, namely hybrid clubs.
I don't know anything about these at all. I'd say my distance for my 3 wood is about 240 and my 3 iron about 220... I have a 2 iron for the middle but maybe I should look into a hybrid? What do yall use and would you recommend it?

You don't need anything between 220 and 240. 20 yards is a good gap in that distance. I wouldn't sacrifice a wedge for an extra club between there.

I have a 40 yard gap between my 3hybrid(245ish) and my 3W(285ish) so I'm interested as well.

5 wood with a steel shaft...
Had a 2 iron as well, but opted for a gap wedge instead. I am currently thinking HARD about getting a rescue and dropping the 5 wood though.
I crush the one my buddy got and hit it very straight.

Either get a 5 wood or a 18 or 19 degree hybrid.

I dont have a 3 iron, but between 4 - 3W its a Ping 20 degree hybrid.

I woudlnt be sacrificing a wedge, unless you play a 60, ive never carried anything greater than a 56, just open it up if i need to flop

eta: looking at my new irons (my dad handed down to me) my 3 iron is 21 degrees and my 3 wood, R11, is 15.5 degrees, so i think 18 degrees or so is what im looking for in a hybrid or whatever

99% of the time I replace my 3i with my 60*.
I can hit my 3hy anywhere from 218 - 195 if need be.
