Go to tewbeleauxs off rayford. I just found this place. Best Cajun food and drink prices in the area. Great atmosphere- plasma TVs everywhere, hot bartenders/waitresses, very similar to campus walkons. Family during the day, shite show at night. Tell the bartender named Rory chase sent you and you will get hooked up.

Why would somebody visiting Houston go all the way out to Spring on 45 north?

Liberty Station and Beaver's are really the only places on/off Wash Ave that I'll ever consider going. And Luke's.

lulz. good Cajun food in the area?

you want good Cajun food in Houston? Pay for the groceries and I'll cook you the best Cajun food in the area.

Otherwise, f Washington, head to Midtown. 15-20 bars packed with 21-40 crowd.

Not sure about downtown but like others said...

Midtown if you're a high roller
Rice Village if you're an average middle class person below the age of 40.
Washington Heights if you a stereotypical douche (hipsters and guidos).
