So you wouldn't marry that women even if it guaranteed you $5 million?

It's not about living perfectly, it's about making things right, altering your future, or reliving a great moment that is now just a memory replayed over and over.

$5 million isn't worth that to me. My lady would probably divorce me if I didn't take the money though.

I'm not that big on money. It's more about being at peace with who I am. Am I happy with what I've done in the past? Not always. Am I happy with who I am? Absolutely.

There's no cheating in fictional hypotheticals but the point isn't to play the system, it's more sentimental than that.

repsect

Although I'm not sure you can just change who you are by changing any one event. Being happy with who you are doesn't really equate to reliving a moment, imo

Is this a serious question? Unless you have seriously fricked up your life you take the money in a heartbeat

Guess you don't really wish it was 1998, then.

Which is exactly why you'll end up as the basically same person, so why wouldn't you take the money?

If I could go back and fix all of my mistakes I would have way more than 5 million right now so its an easy choice

If I fixed my mistake you wouldn't be here. I'll just take the 5 million for your sake.

I don't think any mistake has ever cost me more than $5 million so I would take the cash. I don't live my life with regrets right now, as it is, so why go back and fix mistakes?

The purpose of going back is not to change who you are.

Then there is nothing form my past worth reliving to pass up on $5 million. I had an awesome time getting to the point I'm at now. I can remember it just fine.
