Morning poons. I tried to show off at the gym last night incline pressing them 100s, 8 times mind you, but this morning can't lift right arm. Stupid rugby. I need to stick to machines.

I've still got a collarbone that sticks out and looks weird from last fall. If I come back to B.R. for a weekend to tailgate this year I need to put on a drunk rugby exhibition on the band practice fields before the game.

One consolation of being a poor/arm tackling pussy like myself in rugby, never broke a collarbone or had major shoulder issues. Just a little tender Rotator Cuff on one side. Now all the running with the ball and getting tackled destroyed lower back, right knee and elbow(left handed).
Rugby- pick your poison b/c after 10 years of it something will not work right.
