So most women think that spending time with their father is bad for the kids? If you really cared about your kids well being you would agree to joint custody unless the other parent was abusive or completely irresponsible.

I would never ever want just joint custody of my kids. I want to live with them every damn day, not just 50% of the time.

so you would go to court and try to keep your kids from seeing their father. Thats a pretty shitty thing to do even though i can understand the sentiment.

Dude I could write a book on how I got fricked by the ex and the child support laws out here in Florida. A woman's word is gold in the courts and you are guilty until proven innocent. Proving yourself means spending money and Taking days off of work just because your ex made acquisitions. Just bullshite

Joint legal custody doesn't mean they live with both parents. In joint legal custody, both parents share the ability to have access to their children's records, such as educational records, health records, and other records.
You can have joint custody of kids and still be the domiciliary parent.

Yep enjoy your single days my advice to all these twenty something's wait until 30's to get married and have kids. Plenty of fish in the sea and plenty of time to get married and stay married. I was married once and don't think I will EVER do it again.
