I wonder if the satellites that supply Google Earth took any pictures that will be updated on their timeline.

I would bet that they did. A lot of areas in North LA have a picture in March 2016 during their flood.

One guy left last night on foot through the High School. Another got in through Brown road with a Bateau but thinks a taller truck would've made it. From what Im getting 16 is still a no go in.

Sounds about right. I was thinking about trying again later today but it just doesn't seem worth it. Early tomorrow is our next attempt.

Thats my brothers plan as well. He tried Brown & 16 but not enough clearance in his car. The guy that was picked up had a buddy come down Buddy Ellis with a truck to meet him at the school. powers still off so this late in the day would mean staying or getting back out in the dark.

Yeah La Civil Air really came through for real time info for people. It has helped many.
