He was great in NOLA. Walks around constantly climbs all over the set. I guess he learned to do two weekends rather than two shows a night 3 days in a row. The 10:30 pm sunday night show in nola let out at like 1-2 am.

Yeah, I was in a wedding in NOLA that weekend... thought about going, but that would have been the only show we could do thanks to the wedding schedule... then have to be at work in BR Monday morning. No thanks.

Dont handy folks get really good seats at concerts and stuff?

They are not bad, but the only concert I ever been to where there were more than a few wheelchair people was Tim McGraw & Faith Hill. They tend to not go to concerts I guess.

One time I talked my way into getting on the floor at a 311 concert. The people I was with felt the need to pick me up and crowd surf me. I was scared out of my mind because I thought someone who didn't know I couldn't walk, would try to put me down on my feet, but my friends got to me in time..

Damn you SOBs, I didn't even know these tickets are on sale and wasn't even thinking about getting some. I come to the OT to see what shenanigans are going on and now I've just been ripped off for $70 in taxes. Almost as much as another ticket, thats some bs.

I didn't know he was even touring until I saw this. I bought 2 tickets for the Friday night show. It oughta be a good time. I saw him in 93 at the PMAC and that was a good time.

Nah, I played on a baseball team headed up by Ron Guidry that was (supposedly,) the first team ever to beat the Coor's Lite Silver Dykes(or whatever they called themselves.)

He's been doing that a lot lately

He played 6 shows in Lubbock so don't get too carried away. At the end of the day you're still Lafayette

He's the only big artist I know of that has done those back-to-back concerts in one night on tour like it's a play or something. Dude must have some serious energy...and make some serious jack doing that.

look bro I put IMO in my post because thats all it is. Stuff your comparison up your arse cause Stapelton is no "throwback" to WJ or GJ. He might claim to be. You might think he is. But thats cause you don't know enough about their music to know the difference

First off, nobody is comparing Sturgill and Stapleton completely to two country music gods. Second, they're by far the closest thing to Waylon or Merle or any of those old school guys that we've had in years.

They've written majority of their songs themselves, are very, very good guitarists, and their songs actually come from the heart and have meaning. Not that stupid bullshite wannabe pieces of shits that people like Taylor Swift write.

I know just as much, if not more than you about any of the old greats' music and who can compare to them. You obviously don't know shite.
