Amen to this. We never should have gone down that road, but it is taking our country a long time to get over its race obsession. Now, though, it is the left who is primarily to blame because the race obsession operates to its benefit.

on a serious note, i think we (society) need to take a look at finiteness (sic) standards for cops. there are a lot of fat fricks out there "protecting" us.
As a cop, I 100% agree. This is one of the windmills I tilt at constantly. You can thank the police unions for that.

It's too discretionary and is rarely used to fit the crime (to avoid riots, lawsuits etc.) Pretty shitty that we've dropped our standards. Plus, unless they are on FB shouting racial crap, how do you prove it was racially motivated?
