Didn't you say you have 10%+ body fat? That's not shredded at all, baw

You should stop eating that burger King and maybe those bottom two abs will finally be visible

Take 2 identical twins of the same starting level. Have them both do the same workout routine for 6 months but one eat McDonald's and pizza 4 days a week and the other eat clean with minimal bad carbs and sugar.

I got news for ya...They ain't gonna have identical results.

I believe.genetics plays a large part in physique and muscularity. My son had a friend who, at 10 years old, had an upper torso that was sculpted muscle. He even had muscular pecs, shoulders and traps. He ate the usual fast food crapola and snacks. He just was born with the genes....and went. In stop at every activity he did.

Agree, an adult who does not exercise and eats snacks and fast food will be a clump of flesh. However, if that same person was physically active in their job and was active outside of work, that person should be able to keep a decent muscular physique.

Right. What we eat and what we do has no effect on our genes. . .

Yes OP is..

Do you really think elite athletes are setting at home counting thier protein macros? Just lol

Most of those guys are eating McDonald's and pizza every single day.

They've now tied dementia and Alzheimer's pretty well to diet. Also yes a few people are so naturally insulin sensitive that they don't get fat.

Even with my grandparents' good genes the ones who've died could've lived even longer and been healthier in old age.

Your advice is stupid.

People are so fricking stupid with this shite and basically calling yourself out as being fat and clueless. 6'4" 220 with 10% bf is pretty fricking big. The last thing you would say of you saw someone with those measurements is that they were skinny

Indeed, I'm not 6'4" 220, but that is a huge dude at low BF

I'm 6'3" 205, and I also "look" pretty big

I also eat whatever, gave up on protein shakes after a personal 6 month experiment where it made near zero difference in my body composition how much protein I consumed.

Protein is probably the biggest fraud the supplement industry has pulled over the public.
