Without reading this thread..
I have met folks that are the salt of the earth... People I wish I was lucky enough to be around everyday in the Vieux Carré. and I have aslo met those I wish weren't part of the same human race I am a part of.
My reason to post is... Keep the French Quarter.
It is soooo special. New Orleans is special.
Let the good times roll... despite those who have no conscience.

NOPD needs to just do their job and frick no I won't vote to increase my taxes to pay for the NOPD when they won't do their job in the first place!
