Dang man, I'm sorry.

If you're in LA, get a referral to LSU Vet School.

They do great things.

How much will it cost to put it down?

3 years old? Oh man, that’s terrible. Is it not treatable?

Lost my pup to cancer but was blessed to have him for 11 years.

For Chemo it would cost about 6-8 grand. I dropped 2000$ for the cat scan. It’s in her ear and jaw area.

Oh I’m so sorry. I’m an animal lover and this always breaks my heart.

I hope that she’s not suffering.

By sometimes they mean most of the time it doesn’t work. Trust me baw. Got like $10k in dead cat treatments for my wife. Give the ole baw a kiss and put them down.

I went through the same thing with my 3 year-old dog yorkie mix. I’m still devastated.

My condolences

Take her for a ride somewhere out in the country. Take her if possible to a pasture or field where livestock have been, so she can "get in some smells" -- dogs love new smells.

Be sure to take lots of pics of her.

Give her some nice treats, like maybe a cheeseburger (dogs love cheese).

Sorry for that. We lost one to cancer earlier this year, and it's pretty awful. Miss that dog every day.

Is it treatable?

They put a pacemaker in my Sheba in 1996. She did fine for several more years and the baby got to know her. We lost her in 2001.

Cost was reasonable and care was excellent.

I know the hurt you're feeling. I'm going through the same thing. I had to put my 11 year Shih Tzu down a couple of days ago. Cancer.

She got me through serious illness (cancer), but I couldn't pull her through her bout with cancer. She was devoted to me till the very end. Don't know if I'll ever get another dog again.........this is just too darned hard.

I'm sorry your friend is gravely ill. It's really tuff.
