One would think an attorney could afford to hire a driver as opposed to driving around all fricked up.

Could he argue double jeopardy? Same evidence (actual alcohol in his blood) being used twice for different charges? IDK the science behind it, however.

Also, that guy's a piece of shite but I hope he gets the help he needs and finds Jesus.

Do we know if he had a wife of 51 years who mothered two children that he just found out weren't his?

There are a lot of lawyers who are not well off. A lot of law firms get most of their business from doing bullshite paper work. Divorces, wills, business registrations, shite like that. They might get lucky once in awhile and get some bullshite injury case, but its a flooded market.

I thought when you’re arrested for DWI, it’s a mandatory 8 hours in jail?

The actual driving is the crime, so even though it's the same "drunk" session every time he drives it's a new crime.

He's going to need an earlier start and better time management if he is going to get the hat trick any time soon.

I could be wrong, but I am 95% sure it’s 8 hours mandatory….at least in Texas
