Former Active Duty Military Disdain for NG or Reservists

So far I've only gotten grief from Former Air Force and Navy guys. Both instances the guy would be "So you never Enlisted?" which I chuckle with "That's what the E in my pay grade stands for". Then I also mention that I have deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. Always their response "Yeah, we all have".
Sure is a lot of butt hurt from a seemingly humble lot. So what gives? What keeps eating at the Former Active guys in regards to Part Timers?
I have almost 18 years of Service in the LANG and still going. Come at me.

I think it's holdover from the pre 90's when the Guard and Reservists weren't called upon very much. Today that is obviously different with deployments and what's going on in the world. Thank You for your service, btw...

I've never served, but that doesn't seem like something the guys/gals that I know (who have served) would do. Then again, most of them are in their 30s and are perhaps a bit more mature. You said that you've deployed to two active war zones and a lot of the full-timers are assholes to you? That's more than most of us have done and is worthy of respect. Maybe you have a chip on your shoulder or you come off as boastful or arrogant?

Crap rolls down hill. Unless you are SFOD-1 or Seal Team 6 you have someone to shite on you from above.
We gave everyone not in a combat arm who was a leg and had no Ranger tab crap. And God help you if you were a Pouge or REMF and most Navy and AF fits that bill unless you are a combat pilot. Reserve and especially NG is gonna be near the bottom of the pecking order. But even a NG combat arm has more juice than the JAG or Finance corp, the very definition of Pouge.

I'm Guard as well. But my active duty counterparts for my branch don't say shite because we wipe the floor with their asses.

Not really. Don't have any of the Grunt Style shirts, 5.11 pants, or a Velcro Flag cap. shite I only wear my dog tags for training. I don't travel in Uniform because I don't want the attention. I only bring it up where it's appropriate: Strip Clubs, small talk at a bar, job interviews.
Never used it to get pussy. Irks me when dudes do that to broads especially when they lie or fabricate their experience.

I try not to talk shite to Guard guys if they don't deserve it. If you deployed, then it's whatever in my book.
Having said that, frick those guys who wear their uniforms at the mall, in public, etc.
Those people are douches and just suck.

Probably because the vast majority of people in the guard are fat, lazy pieces of shite. They freak out when they have to do things that are normal, regular daily tasks in active duty.
They hold an important role and I support them, but most are a joke and couldn't hack active duty.
And just to be fair, there are a lot of worthless morons in active as well.
