When I'm doing bicep curls and other bicep workouts, my forearms are killing me. Both of them. This doesn't happen with tricep exercises. Has anybody else ever had this problem?

TIA

Your genetics don't appear to be conducive to masculine physical fitness/weightlifting.

I'd give up if I were you and try to make as much money as possible.

Don't believe this is really considered a bicep workout.

Exercise causes muscle soreness? Shocking.

A normal person would cease activity that causes pain.

lighten up the weight. Keep your elbows to your side. lift the weight with your bicep

It's essentially shin splints for your forearms. I get them too. They're miserable. The best advice I've been given is rest and compression. Typically, I've also massaged my forearms pretty thoroughly while I'm stretching before I lift...this helps tremendously. In between sets too. Just put your fist under your chin where your forearm is facing out and use your thumb to massage in circles all up and down the forearm. Good luck

Means you are getting jacked baw. Stop curling the 60's and drop to 30's

Agreed. He's putting too much weight on the forearm.

OP, you don't need to curl 80 pounds to get guns.

Grab some 20's 25's, slow, elbows in, peak, full extension.

The best way to avoid this is to do this exercise inside the power rack. Take long breaks between each set to avoid muscle strain. The whole workout should last about 30-45 minutes. Also, I wouldn't suggest letting someone work in with you as this will snap your focus.

Stop jerking off so many dudes in the showers after, that should be recovery time.
