Well, yeah he's a tool

Anyways, I'm just waiting for our resident conspiracy theorist to come in and tell us we are all sheeple, and that this is all the "Elite's doing"

What do you think should be done about ISIS?

That's a valid opinion. What do you think will be the result of us ignoring them?

ETA: If you don't know just say so.

It's not just attention they're after though. It's not quite that simple. But for argument's sake, let's say we do ignore them and don't give them the attention they want. Then what?

BTW... just saw there's breaking news on ISIS....

Islamic State militants reportedly have burned to death 45 people in the western Iraqi town of al-Baghdadi on Tuesday, just five miles away from an air base staffed by hundreds of U.S. Marines.

It is "what's hot" for the media now. I guess we shouldn't ignore them because the media would have to blow something else out of proportion to get viewers. It's kind of sad.

Well in all fairness when huge swaths of countries are taken over by what for all intents and purpose is a rebel organization that tends to do things like behead children, sell young girl's into sexual slavery, and burn almost 50 people alive at a time, it get's the media's attention.

But setting aside the issue of the media. What does ISIS actually represent to the US and the West on the strategic level?

Such a minor difference, that is...

It's unfortunate that they commit those disgusting acts, but in a year or so, everyone will forget about them and everyone's facebook will be filled with some other bs. It's just annoying that America is so obsessed with them.

So it's your belief that, if we just leave them alone, they will get tired of beheading and burning people alive and just disband?

Well, that's kinda rough.

I mean, I had to google how to spell "milquetoast" and everything.

I can't predict the future, so I'm not sure how their beheading practices will continue. I'm just saying that it's not our problem.

It's not like they mean anything anyway. Look on the bright side, at least you're not like me and have a stalker(s) who follow you around to downvote everything you post.

OP link is better description of ISIS. Your link is a great "description for dummies" [I mean that in a good way] of the geopolitical environment in which they operate.

so glad Archer and the crew are back in the old building. The stint as coke dealers was a little much.

Great show though.
