And all of you people are worried about "global warming". If this isn't further proof it is all a big hoax, I don't know what is. Trump looks more and more like a genius by the day.
FYI that is from The Weather Channel. About as reliable of a source as they come.

i love how when we break all these records they always preface it with "since recordings have been tracked". Well thats been about 150 years.
FYI, the planet has been around for millions of years. 150 years isn't shite. This cycle has probably happened hundreds of times.

At this point there is little debate that climate change is happening - it is and this is another sign of it. Go bring a pot of water to a boil - along the way, convection takes place. You'll see slow movement of cold water to the bottom and warm water to the top. This is a representation of Earth - it is a warm place and always experiencing convection. As the pot continues to heat up, convection speeds up and those pockets of water move more quickly and erratically. Some of those pockets of cold water are still there and moving around, but make no mistake that the pot as a whole is getting warmer. We have lots of scientific data supporting that global warming is occurring.
The real debate is whether or not it is caused by human actions and if we can do anything about it.

Seriously? The Weather Channel is notorious for calling every little shower, the "Biggest Storm Ever." It's going to snow in the very tallest peaks of Alaska. It's not exactly unprecedented. Oh and just FYI, there is a wildfire in Greenland right now.
