So I'm going out with a girl for the first time tonight, what says the OT on level of restaurant for first dates?

Obviously you don't wanna go low, but you also don't want to set the tone for her to expect fine dining every time out.

what says the OT?

ETA: go fancy on girls you only have intentions to sex

Don't go anywhere that will make the date seem to formal and put to much pressure on the date. Take her somewhere that will be fun and where she will have a good time.

My spot is Chelseas in BR. That level is perfect. Laid back atmosphere. Beer bar with great food.

Take her somewhere fancy. Like Applebees.

Take her go cart racing. It'll let her know you're not going to rape her. Rapists hate go carts, and girls hate rapists.

Hell yeah! Well, if she's into that sort of thing.

I think a fun, activity-filled first date is better than a sit down dinner.

Take her somewhere less formal so that y'all can cut up and have a good time. That will take the edge off. I'd suggest going to a Mexican restaurant with a patio with some margaritas

The problem is mexican food and it's ability to make ones bowel movements ruin the mood.

If it's not too hot, I would take her somewhere where you can sit outside. It is generally easier to get to know someone when you don't feel cramped or confined, and it keeps it from feeling stuffy.

Girls like to drink more when they're outside, too, so it might help your chances for a first date beej.

This never crossed my mind when I was dating. Sounds like a silly thing to worry over.
