I honestly don't think one Pixar movie has flopped yet. Maybe the good dinosaur?

What I find funny is the over representation of gays in Hollywood. They're less than 10% of the population yet they're shown way more than that yet they still complain.

Exactly. They are an insecure group. They will not feel secure until they are 5% of population and 99% of superhero and cartoon characters.

How comically ridiculous is this? There is such a yearning for an openly LGBT character from those folks that they're celebrating two women near a stroller in a show with animated talking fish.

I wouldn't be surprised if Pixar was behind the media coverage to drum up even more buzz about their movie.

When I saw the thread I definitely expected it to be more than that. Very surprised they don't have Dori coupling with some lady fish.

Actually, it seems as though this all started when LGBT's noticed it and said "OMG, gay couple in the cartoon! Hooray!" and then others responded.

So the gays got all excited about nothing and others responded to that.

If that couple of seconds is all it is, it's a lot of excitement over nothing, but this story being blown out of proportion isn't doing Pixar any favors.

Who wants this so badly? Is this an attempt from the far fairy unicorn riding left to shove it down the throats of the toothless backwoods sister-fricking hilljacks on the right that there are homosexuals in the world? Neither of those demographics fit the mold for the flyover states, vast majority of this country.

This is a children's movie. Why is this where Pixar, Disney, the left or right feel this is the place to make a stand?

ETA: not because I hate lesbians or anything. I just hate Ellen. With her stupid chipper plasticity and her moronic dancing and her smiling and daytime talk-showiness.

She grates on me. I want to fight her and wipe that smug fricking smile off her face with a stupid haircut.
i have a blue hippo tang in my reef tank and the portrayal of ellen as that fish is spot on. they are very chipper and float around like not a care in the world.

I saw this movie tonight at pixar. Whoever started this horseshite story is wrong. It's a great movie and there's nothing of the sort in it, and even if there was who cares?

Go and enjoy with your children and don't even give a second thought about it.
