Exactly why I don't want to have kids. You can give them everything in the world, treat them like they're the greatest thing ever, and they'll still break your heart.

man I dont know about sending her to juvy. do you realize what kind of people she will be there with? she is 16, you got 2 years left to save her. some government shite surely isnt going to. tough situation, but I would probably try to do something else besides that for a 16 year old. after 18 though, all bets are off. lay down the law and tell her this is how its going to be for the next 2 years until you hopefully finish school. help me help you. I know it is hard to get across to some 16 year olds but you have to try.

Four kids involved and you are still out $2k. Each still owes you $500 in restitution. You may never see it back from yours but the other three can damn sure pay you back their part.
What you are doing is a damned tough thing to do. The memories of her as a sweet little kid make it even worse. Understand that, for your own self protection, she can never live with you again. You will surely be arrested for something you did not do if she moves back in. You cannot even speak to her alone anymore. You and your wife do need to speak to her together though.
Let her get the public defender. You are out of pocket enough already due to her bad decisions, made after good teaching and counsel by you.
And FWIW, my daughter is her age so I feel your pain in a kindred spirit way.

Harsh, bro. She fricked up. So throw her under the bus? Would you do it to your own seed? Kids frick up. She didn't hurt anyone but you. She'll be really grateful after you send her off to prison.

Thats why the divorce rate is so high.
Handle your issues in house and cut her off. Jail time? I guess it makes a difference because shes not your blood.

Eat your own dick. It's over 10k that was taken from under his roof that he shared with this wannabe criminal. Coming from someone I can almost guarantee doesn't have 10k in any type of bank account, that's pretty big talk.
