Thank you to everyone who responded in good faith. I needed to hear other perspectives and make sure I wasn't missing something by letting emotion override intellect. I'm pulling the post down.

damn, thats horrible to hear. I dont know shite about law stuff, but would she end up with a felony due to the amount of stuff? Her life is probs fricked. And if your wife plans to keep a relationship with her after the fact, your marriage will likely be hell. terrible situation
