What kind of bull shite question is this? Obviously the FBI made a mistake. I'm not defending the mistake. I thought we were just discussing what would be appropriate for discipline to the responsible agents.
It was the kind of question one presents when a statement like this has been made:
In the cited case no one was injured and it only resulted in property damage and a frightened tenant.
Additionally it was what happened at the Sanchez residence, but more importantly it was used as an approach to the second question:
"Can you honestly say that they wouldn't have any emotional problems in the future
Can you say for certain that they will?
While that cannot be determined, what is certain is that any settlement offered and/or accepted will be final with all rights to re-open or appeal waived regardless of what therapy may or may not be required at some later date.
Please note that I have not suggested punitive claims, which would specifically be to punish the agency.
Sorry, I still don't follow the grasping at straws idea.
Somehow that doesn't surprise me, maybe you should re-read the messages.
I didn't elude anything. Yes or No to what question?
"Just a question though - do you restrict your lying only to message boards, or are reports, citations, depositions and testimony also fair game?
Again, it looks like you should re-read the messages, including those posted by others.
To be fair, it's not his job to know the disciplinary procedures of another company In which he has no affiliation.
