So after a monster Saturday morning leg session I roll over to my local Smoothie King for a gladiator shake. I'm watching the traffic in and out to the adjacent tanning place and I swear the average tugboat rolling out is about 5'3" and 215.
Which brings me to my next topic, why do they think a 600 calorie smoothie is some sort of healthy option?
