You would be surprised at how willing those girls are to go out drinking and dancing with someone who can afford the nicer places. And if you can drop a couple hundred bucks for an evening you can get into the nicer places. You'll likely never see them again, and they are cool with a no strings attached evening.

I was only 19 when I went to Osan during my 1st deployment. A few things I remember..

First time seeing snow, it was everywhere
They had an IHOP on the base
Bought a bunch of jackets and blankets and sent the home
Received my best ever bj, Mamasan had mad skills

And most young Koreans go to clubs rather than bars

I haven't seen any girls in wedding dresses and pink neon lights in a LONG time either, Like outside the gate at Hialea.

hmmm...maybe it's changed since I was last there (ahem it has been a while) it was the spot to go to party in South Korea. Cheap booze, cheap women...great combo.

America is way behind on the NSA hook up. It is prevalent in Europe as well. I've met women here that can't figure out why men can be off put by them after they go to other countries. It really isn't all about the exoticness. They just know when to leave.
