I’ve got an 08 Duramax with 380,000 miles. I’ll keep driving it until the wheels fall off.

My wife has an 08 Navigator with about 180,000 miles and she’s in no hurry to get rid of it.

I’m may get a C6 vette as a third car, but definitely don’t foresee getting a new ride. EVER.

Yes but Ford can take a hit on their profit margin and still move vehicles if they wanted to.

I doubt fords shareholders would be ok with giving away margin to subsidize consumer loans for their vehicles. Nor do I think the banks that underwrite the loans be ok with it.

The 2023’s I see still on the lots don’t look to be any different price wise than the 2024’s. Maybe 3k difference in price for a truck that will be 1 1/2 yrs old as soon as you drive off the lot

The ridiculous prices of these trucks is in no way sustainable. Just outrageous.

Sadly rather than prices going down - the auto industry is opting to make 10 year auto loans the norm and unwise people seem to be ok with that.

Doesn't Ford sell 500k F-150s annually?

Not sure how many 250s they sell, but I'm not sure 30K country-wide is a crazy number...

Just saw an ad for a dealer in oakdale saying they have 6 left. $10,000 off msrp with 1.9% for 72 months. Still too expensive

Stop paying these ridiculous arse prices and they’ll have no choice but to drop the price back to reality.

No way in hell is a fully loaded 1/2 ton of any manufacturer worth $80K+.

Yea but you’d have to go to Oakdale to get it. Definitely not worth it.

It's April and they still have that many 2023 models?

I bought a 2003 Tundra in Nov. '03 after '04 models had been out a while. Got it for 5 grand off of sticker price and still driving it today.

The real question is why were they storing them in the first place.

My guess is to try to make the EV fairy tale appear to be reality.

Americans are going to embrace the EV as well as they embraced the metric system.

For that price they should have given you one of every Yeti product made, free beer for life, free tires and oil change for life, a chauffeur, paid your insurance note and gas bill for life and thrown in a used Ford Escort for the hell of it.
