Exactly. Just because the world won't call a spade a spade doesn't negate the fact that it is.... In fact... A spade.

They have every single thing that makes them a legitimate country. Except the world refuses to call it a country. (And I agree with that. We don't need to legitimize them in any way shape or form)

But don't think that doesn't mean that's exactly what they are.

Yeah, we were at the next LSU home game after that. Think it was auburn. I was 7 so I really didn't notice any difference but I bet my dad was on pins and needles the entire time.

The video posted earlier of the arena right before and during the explosion is surreal. I can't even fathom being in that situation.

Dash cam footage of explosion. Doesn't show much though.

Manchester Arena only hold 21K. That seems so small compared to the average SEC stadium. We have been damn fortunate to never have an attack.

I see cars driving. I don't see any cars get pushed back. Just some of the light from the flash.

you can't compare an arena to a stadium. Manchester Arena nearly twice the size of the PMAC.

The Smoothie King Center in New Orleans (Pelicans home arena) holds about 18,000

yeah it's small for a NBA venue... but still... point remains

The biggest surprise for me is that this hasn't happened more on American soil. It seems a football game or basketball game would be a prime target.

I'd be too but mainly because of the shitty acts not the incredibly small chance of a terrorist attack

Unfortunately, it will probably happen sooner than later.

Much easier soft targets in the US for these people to go after. How difficult would it be for one of these idiots to walk down Bourbon St on a Saturday night and drop a bag let someone pick it up and detonate that sucker. No way NOPD has the ability to prevent that.

I know this hasn't stopped them because these people are religious fanatics that become convinced that their death will bring them rewards in heaven greater than anything here on earth,

but

a major terrorist attack at a sporting event in the U.S. would probably trigger us to get mid-evil with modern weapons.

It would definitely accelerate things.
