That was the thing about London/Metro... there are cameras EVERYWHERE. And that was in 2009. I remember reading something about the average Londoner was on camera 6 times a day or maybe something even more. So it should be easy to track the guy and if he was working with anyone.

It seems crazy but that's every metropolis. If you drive around the block too many times slowly enough in NYC they'll pull you over to investigate if you'e a car bomb or planning anything.
