That Fitbit would have been cool to have before and after HIT just to see the changes in data.

I wear my band at all times. It's just nice to pay with the band whenever I go. Don't have to take my wallet or phone out of my purse.

No shite. Not many women in her age group are willing to bring that level of intensity to a workout.

But they'll walk on a treadmill at 3.4 mph for an hour.

Well that still doesn't change the fact that you listed several things that the Fitbit doesn't do that it actually does. I don't have either but it's a good thing I didn't go buy one based on your post

For weight training, it would be a poor choice I think. It's heavily based on cardio. It's essentially a pedometer. Idk any good weight training trackers rn
