I used the "I accidentally sharted" before.
I wasn't exactly lying though.

you have to have an excuse to leave work?
Maybe you should start building on your character so when you do find something that you would like to leave for, your boss would trust you wont get behind or frick up your work.
This. None of my bosses have ever questioned me on why I need leave. The only time I ever needed a documented reason is when this past week when I had surgery. And that was solely because HR might look into three consecutive days of sick leave. But I came in today to make sure I got something done. I will be taking the rest of the week off though

Well when you have clock watchers and other assholes in your office, you'd understand. You know, some people have the whole "chained to a desk all day" jobs. Wish I was that fortunate not to. I get my work done and more, but still have to sit here till fricking 5:00pm. Its horseshite.
Maybe I'll just shart and shite my chair daily at around 3pm. That'll do it.

I could see this being relevant to showing up late or leaving early, but what does any of that have to do with actually using leave?

You could just tell them this.
Better make sure you have all your work done though.

Salary= expected to work longer.
Hourly= hurry up and get off the clock!

Spend a total of 2-3 hours on TD throughout the work day. Spread it out all day so you are "busy" all day

I would just tell them I'm sick if I didn't want to go in. I've only taken like 4 sick days in 4 years so there would be no questions asked.
