This isn't happening at ESPN anymore. They appear to go out of their way to hire average looking, sometimes even unattractive women to anchor or cohost their shows. Even the contributors are fat and ugly.

This woman is full of shite, and a reason Big Corps dont want to hire women. She also named Dean Cain, because of an "awkward on air hug," and named another employee for hugging her "around the waist" during a christmas party.
