I don't quite follow all of this either and don't know about the organizer thing you mentioned.
If she's fixated on EMF shielding, buy her a small chunk or chunks of shungite to carry around. It's just small black stones that supposedly absorb/block EMF. You can do it fairly cheaply and she can carry them around with her and feel protected. Maybe get her a palm stone and she can rub it in her hands which might keep her attention grounded.

There is a logic that you have to fight (and I've discussed this with the treaters): "Medicine won't make people stop shooting beams into the house and blasting me with EMF." Technically, that's true. Of course, the reality is that no one is shooting beams.

She needs a 2' piece of chain around her left ankle that drags behind her. Staying fully grounded is key.

I realize my original post wasn't that clear. I've been at work since about 4 working on a brief and I'm taking a little break.
She already has crystals and wears them. I have to ask her if she has any shungite. I'm open to any and all suggestions.
She wants to shield my car (which is what we usually travel in) and I can only imagine what that means.

When she sees "drones", she points them out. They are stars. I live in a little shite town, there are not going to be four or five drones flying over my house.
We watch a lot of old movies. The prints have flaws that show up, especially in the old black and white movies. To her, someone is spritzing EMF on the screen and it causes those flaws.
She also cleans her glasses about 8 times an hour to remove "spritz."

From what you're saying, her imbalance seems outwardly focused and fear based (she sees threats everywhere as opposed to being a self-centered psychopath/narcissist)... but I haven't read the other threads which are making other posters tell you to run.
If she does fearfully squander her attention and energy outwardly, probably the best advice is to try to help her engage in things that require her to focus on herself positively. I know this is overly general, but if you're looking for ideas, anything that engages her and helps her feel like a part of something (yoga, Buddhism) could balance her fearful tendencies.

For the record, the thing you need to block EMF is something called a Faraday Cage.
