Sexual harassment in the workplace. But luckily the poster RobbBobb came by to tell everyone those women deserved it!

Worked in Texas at an office where the office manager was a battle axe. Her son worked there and he was a competitor with me for partnership.

I regularly traveled to Sherman, Texas and the mileage round trip was 460 miles. She accused me of fudging in mileage, saying it was only 200 miles each way. I told her "lets go get in my car right now and we'll drive towards Sherman. If we're in Sherman at the end of the trip I'll resign. If we're not, you will get out of the car and walk to Sherman."

It ended the false accusation.

Someone I knew (fricking junkie) stole my license from my walllet and forged a prescription for 120 roxicontins in my name and then pretended to be me.

He later told me he found my missing license in his house and that it must have fell out of my wallet.

6 months later I get arrested at my house and then extradited to the parish he tried to get the script filled. Spent about a week in jail total. Spent 5k in legal fees. I was looking at a minimum of 5 years.

The black chick behind the pharmacy counter even said I was the guy that tried to fill the prescription (cause all white boys look the same apparently).

Anyway, I was at work that day. Had clocked in and out and had sent a ton of emails that I couldn't have done unless I was at my desk. Thank fricking God I had evidence to refute that stupid bitch's eye witness account. DA drops the charges but not before my reputation is ruined.

So to this day I take eye witness testimony with a grain of sand.

I was falsely accused for cheating on an ungraded assignment. My professor lost it. Threatened to report me to the Honor Board, etc.

I went to his office once I was able to cool down and gather my thoughts to show him on my computer that I didn't cheat (it showed that the assignment was completed, but there was a mishap in the submission. Nonetheless, the assignment was completed in time, weeks ago).

My voice was shaking I was so angry with him. I barely got an apology. I've always said that if I was diagnosed with a terminal illness, that mother fricker is going with me. I've since cooled off.

I hope you learned your lesson about allowing a cop to search your car.

1) Blockbuster: They called me and said that I needed to return an overdue tape. I told them that I had returned the tape. I went to the store, and found the tape on the shelf. I handed it to the manager and showed him how it had been returned to the wrong shelf after I'd dropped it off. In front of a line of people, he explained to me that I was a thief trying to get out of paying a late fee.

2) Gas Station: (Before the days of credit cards at the pump) Guy ahead of me at the pump filled up and skated without paying. Cashier wouldn't restart the pump and accused me of filling my car without paying. Her argument ended when I showed her my empty gas tank.

It was the early 90's. I was sitting in class when a security professional pulled me out. Said a police officer needed to speak with me. I walk up to the info desk and he is waiting with this woman. He asked where I was at 2 pm. I was typing a paper on a computer at my parents house. They were home along with my sister. I was there all day. I was 19.

He said that the woman was involved in a hit and run with a hatchback that fit he description of my vehicle. She couldn't provide a license plate number. She was however able to spot a college parking lot tag hanging from the mirror. The cop rolled around the lots and found my car. The casing around my left headlight was cracked when my buddy backed into it on accident a full 2 years prior. You could see the weathering around the edges of the damage. It was obviously not fresh. So I had an alibi etc. He checked my license and let me go.

30 minutes go by and I get pulled out again. Same cop with the lady who is convinced that it was me. Said she saw my face and everything. I told the cop I had nothing to hide and my parents would verify my whereabouts. Also mentioned the age of the crack (again) and they are free to examine it. She kept on with it. Almost as if she was desperate to get a claim. After this huge scene the cop finally let me go with a threatening "watch your step" type of tone. Clearly feeling sorry for the middle aged woman's situation. Add in the typical cop's superiority complex when it comes to young men. Pretty shitty.

Even though I did nothing, not to mention her car would have did much more damage than a cracked casing from the wreck description.

The odds of the same type of car is what was crazy.

Accused of stealing two ATVs in Louisiana while living in Texas. Was ID'd via a high school yearbook and mf's claiming "that's him." Get a call from my dad and the sheriff's office asking where I was.. definitely looking back at it, I should've filed for defamation.

yes

Lady accused several of us of sexual harassment, while working at chrysler. Out of every 5 females they hired, nearly 2 of the 5, tried to file SH claims to get paid and then quit.

Luckily i had every female in my section, backing me up. I went to work(when i actually did) and listened to music and talked to no one.

The Union even tried to buttfrick me and try to push 3 days off w/o pay. Had these women not step up and threaten both Union and Management, i would of been suspended and probably fired later.

The other guys were not so lucky, they all got suspended and 3 lost their jobs. Since they always acted like dildos, no one was going to stick up for them.

Several years ago there was a presumption that I hooked up with the crazy girl in the office. In truth, while I did flirt with her, I told her point blank i wasnt going to mess around with a co-worker. We never even so much as kissed.

A few months passed after I told her this and she invited a few co-workers including me to go out to a bar for her birthday. This other chick I had just started to see was going to be at the same bar so I told her I'd go meet up with her after hanging out with the co-workers for a bit. Big mistake. Crazy work girl saw me chatting up this new girl and went crazy. It didn't help that she had done some recreational drugs before we all went out.

I apologize to new girl and tell her I'll catch up with her later. At that point, I try to make my way outside of the bar to diffuse and next thing I know crazy girl comes from behind and pushes me up against a wall. A big circled formed like in a high school fight and all eyes were on us. I wasn't going to hit a girl and really didn't know what to do but before I could really react we are getting thrown out of the club by the bouncer.

At that point knowing this chick was pretty messed up, I put her in a can and we went back to the parking lot of my apartment complex. I call her brother from her phone and tel him to come pick yo his sister she is really messed up. We never went in my apartment and I spent the next hour waiting for this clown to show up. He takes her home. End of fricked up night.

Except the story spread through work like a wildfire. whenever a tough project came up I got volunteered and people would joke that Jorts knows how to take his lumps, referencing the incident at the bar. Used to piss me off. I'm gone from that office now but I hear they still tell that story at happy hours and of course, in their version I deserved it because i fricked the crazy girl.

To make matters worse, the chick I was seeing lost interest. Her friends convinced her I took that girl home and fricked her.

Tl;dr - I'm dumb

Why'd you have a restraining order out on you?

The wife got scared because she found out I had aggravated assault charges pending against her, so she claimed battery and issued a restraining order. I was ready to fight it in court, however an attorney was caught lying to the judge just before my case. So I just made a deal with the prosecutor. Divorce sucks. If it's possible to work out your differences do it. Separate and clear your heads then get counseling before going through with it.

It's not right, but I would be plotting ways to murder that motherfricker. I hate a fricking liar who makes false accusations, Add to it abuse of authority. They deserve a whipping with a wet rope at the very least.

Track that car down and destroy it. If you're gonna get the blame, might as well.
