When my dad died there was one unresolved bank account. So had to go to probate court. Three people showed up...a man representing a hospital bill owed, an early 20's girl I'd never seen before and his bitch girlfriend.
Tell the judge no problem on hospital guy...paid the bill. Girl winds up being bitch GF's niece and wants a drum set my dad was storing for GF...no problem.

Then GF pulls out a shoebox brimming with receipts over a 13 year period and cryingly claims my dad was storing these items for her and I sold them all in a massive garage sale! All she wants is $34,000 for her sold items, which happened to be the EXACT amount in his IRA account.

Judge was buying her crying BS and I was starting to panic! Then I whispered to my lawyer "ask her about her husband"...he did and judge says "you mean you're married yet was dating this man's father for over 13 years"?!

She gets pissed and that South American temper flares....she's escorted out of courtroom by bailiff ...judge throws her case out and I breathe sigh of relief.

i will agree but they still claim "it's what's best for the kid/in their best interest" when that is clearly NOT the case

Was at the Hard Rock in Biloxi a few years back for a bachelor party. We met some girls at the concert that night and hit it off, mainly because we had VIP passes and let them in.

Anyway, later that night 2 of the girls left for a while to go find some other friends and left one of the girls behind with me. Being the gentleman that I am I bought her a drink and we chatted for a little while. I winded up getting bored with her and when on to hangout with my friends.

About an hour later I'm approached by a police officer and the other 2 girls that had left earlier, screaming at me and accusing me of drugging the girl and raping her.

Yes, they literally accused me of date rape.

Apparently the other girl got super drunk and was incoherent and vomiting.

After talking with the officer for a while and about 10 of my friends vouching for me, he told me he believed me but to leave the premises. I just went next door to the Beau Rivage.

I was scared shitless for a while though.

Nothing too significant. When I played basketball in HS (mid 90's), our 1st round playoff game was at Bellaire in BR. They were heavily favored but we got out to a 15 pt lead in the 2nd qtr.

They were getting frustrated and their best player (Banks) came up to me and said "You try that again and I'll knock you the F out". Apparently one of my teammates had tried to swipe at the ball and hit him in the nose pretty hard. I had no idea what he was talking about and the refs separated us.

He then started raining 3's on us to end the half (and in the 2nd half) and they beat us by 15 pts. It crossed my mind later that maybe I should've got us both kicked out of the game during the confrontation (since he was their star).

When I was eight years old, my cousin accused me of stealing one of his Hot Wheels.

Which I did. But not the one he thought I stole. So that was a false accusation.

I was falsely accused of rape in panama city. Didn't even have sex with the girl. She finally came clean after I was in the back of a cop car and they told her she had to take a rape test.

Got pulled over one day at 11am by a cop whose wife I use to bang before they were married, and at the time I was banging his brother in laws soon to be ex wife. (They were split) Brother to the same women I mentioned earlier and the cop knew all this.

Well he says I was all over the road and that I was probable DUI. He asked to search my truck so I said whatever cause I knew I was fine. He finds a Bic pen under my seat with the guts taken out of it. Well he starts saying paraphernalia then cuffs and stuffs me for felony paraphernalia and DUI. Along with 5 traffic tickets and a littering ticket because while he was searching my truck a got a stick of gum out and dropped the wrapper.

So I get booked stripped searched and put in a holding cell until I made bail. When it was said and done the pen came back clean and my lawyer got it all dropped except crossing the center line. The whole mess cost me 3k in legal fees.

I don't think you dislike black folks tigerlee. You just don't like certain kinds of shitty people and a disproportionate amount of those happen to be colored. Not your fault when people play into the stereotypes. After all, they exist for a reason.

I was in an ADA/Disability Law class with this awful SJW professor. We had a paraplegic attorney who sometimes assisted and added perspective (he was far better than the prof).

Anyway, most of the class was lefty and there were a few conservatives. Usually the banter over ADA regs and stuff was pretty good, never got out of hand. One day I made some argument that was from a pro-business perspective, but not otherwise ridiculous. I engage with this lib girl and we go back and forth on good terms. Professor interrupts and just lays into me about insulting disabled people and how I'm essentially mocking them and belittling them. I objected pretty strongly and we went on a break.

Several people, including the lefty girl I was arguing with, came up to me essentially saying "what the frick was that." The paraplegic attorney came up and said I didn't say anything offensive, he appreciated my views, etc.

Professor ended up making semi-apology at the end of the class, and always treated me like a king after that. But I think that's the first time it hit home how easy it is for them to stigmatize people on the right that they disagree with. I'm just thankful my SJW classmates had enough intellectual honesty not to go along w/ it.
