For instance, if you have set out to stop and ticket all vehicle with no brake lights - because that shite is dangerous and illegl - and end up only writing tickets to a certain minority... Well you can't do that anymore. Doesn't matter that you wrote them all at night and never saw the driver until you got to the window of his car, doesn't matter that you wrote the tickets in every part of town equally, none of it matters. It is now a banned practice because it has a disparate impact.

According to the goverments own reporting in 2008 there were over 19,000 cases of rapes/sexual assaults commited by blacks on whites but not a single case, not even ONE, of white on black rape/sexual assault. If what you say is true should blacks be able to rape or sexually assault whites without any consequence?

So, that begs the question - if she had paid the $151, would she have had all that other trouble?

Of course she wouldn't have. You are right that it is not exclusively racial...it's an abusive setup regardless. However, it's certainly easier to go after folk who have way less resources to defend themselves. And who might they be?

To the average law abiding citizen the cops are nothing but an extension of the IRS. Nope....

OK Explain

as a way of generating revenue,
Holder definitely knows what that is; he has a lot of experience doing it.

This is part of a new idea that Holder's DoJ thought up called "disparate impact". The theory behind disparate impact is that what you are doing doesn't have to be wrong, you don't have to have any prejudice or bias in doing it and it can even be done for the public good BUT if the practice disproportionately effects a protected minority - you can't do it anymore.

So if white people were a protected minority we could get rid of tax laws since due to the fact a higher % of us pay versus minorities, and we also pay on average a much higher amount, they disproportionately effect us? Damn that would be nice.....

the best part, is that he mentions, that the "Hands up" was a farce.

As bad as Ferguson might be, St.Ann, is 1000 times worse. they are about 10 minutes from Ferguson.

Missouri as a % a city can make off fees, but court costs was not included into that, so they charge low fines and stick it up your arse in court fees.

They like when they get you on a code violation, because they make it a court issue, and want u to miss the court case, so they can rack up fines, fees, and possibly arrest you for the warrant.

Imagine being arrested, for not cutting your grass, not getting the summons(code violation) and it becomes a warrant!

the poor and lower middle are the perfect targets

won't get lawyers, will pay fines or rack up large fines, sit in jail, then pay the fines off monthly.

They know some are scared to death of jail and will pay off their extortion fees.

That's a drop in the bucket compared to DWI and inspection stickers.

I totally 100% agree. Just imagine, 8 years of him right behind President Zero could have the U.S. looking just like Somalia in my lifetime.

They are already running the government like Somalia. Such as going on a witch hunt in Ferguson to placate their constituents.

But the safety of the public and shite like that.

There are so many other municipalities up there that are worse than Ferguson. Ferguson actually was one of the better communities. St. Ann is horrible. They are all building mansions for court houses and jails though off of all that revenue. Some of these places are completely run down, except that one building in town.

I can think of at least 12 cities/towns in LA that have a police force almost solely to generate revenue. Some of them will even reduce your speeding ticket to a non moving violation if you pay them a couple extra bucks. I basically never agree with Holder but I would love it if they would investigate all police forces in the country.

And yet the cast majority of you want these same people in charge of investigating capital murder trials. If we can't trust them to write speeding tickets...

I'm not sure.

I meant to say 'vast" though.
