According to most insiders around EWE's family, Vicky was the one most like her father. From both a corruption & morals...or lack of same...perspective. She was very very popular among the LSU football team back in her prime. The tennis team as well.

This isn’t accurate. Now, I very seriously doubt she can show documentation of mental incapacity such that she would qualify, but forced heirship laws in Louisiana supersede any will of the deceased.

Because all of his kids with Elaine have lives of their own and don't need the dough? I would think taking care of an eight year old would be more of a priority than making sure your adult, borderline elderly, children are taken care of. Vicky apparently seems to have some issues.
